Movement has always been part of who I am. I grew up as a competitive gymnast and swimmer, later becoming a qualified ski instructor — so staying active has shaped my life in and out of the gym.
Over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for creating healthy movement patterns that support long-term wellbeing.
My training blends strength work, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning — a balanced approach that builds both performance and confidence for everyday life.
For me, fitness isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about feeling strong, energised, and capable.
I’ve faced my own challenges too: living with endometriosis and recovering from three prolapsed discs taught me the importance of patience, resilience, and moving with purpose.
Every session I create is designed to help women move better, feel stronger, and build a body that supports the life they want to live — inside and beyond the gym.
